Registration is open for MARPM21, September 10-11, 2021 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Baltimore - BWI Airport.
You can click here to reserve hotel rooms at the special MARPM21 rate. We encourage you to stay at the hotel – room reservations help keep our costs for meeting facilities reasonable.
The hotel has stayed open throughout the pandemic and has successfully hosted 200 meetings in that period. They have and will be complying with all the Maryland Health Guidance, so they are confident that can host the event for us. Right now we can have up to 150 folks in the ballroom, and everyone must wear masks. Hopefully, the restrictions will ease somewhat by September.
This will be a live event. We do not plan on having a virtual component. At this time we are planning for events at the hotel only including model displays and clinics. We will not offer op sessions and layout tours.
Dealer tables are still available. Tables and electrical hookups can be ordered on the Registration page, and one full registration is included with each table.

Our Location
The newly renovated DoubleTree by Hilton Baltimore - BWI Airport boasts a new lobby and a fully refurbished bar and restaurant (currently closed due to pandemic restrictions). There is complimentary shuttle service to the airport, Amtrak/MARC BWI rail station, and Baltimore light rail.
